The procurement is carried out in the context of implementing the ICT infrastructure (equipment and software solution) at the Municipal Hospital 'Dimitrie Castroian' Huși through the project 'eHealth System, Integrated and Interoperable within the Municipal Hospital 'Dimitrie Castroian' Huși', co-financed through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), Pillar II 'Digital Transformation', Component 7 'Digital Transformation', Investment I3. 'Establishment of the eHealth and telemedicine system', Specific Investment I3.3 'Investments in information systems and digital infrastructure of public healthcare units'.
The project significantly contributes to achieving structural reform, modernizing the information system in healthcare, emphasizing the provision of a modern operational infrastructure and interoperability, as well as enhancing staff competencies.
Investment I3. 'Establishment of the eHealth and telemedicine system', Specific Investment I3.3 'Investments in information systems and digital infrastructure of public healthcare units' aims to develop the infrastructure servicing health institutions by purchasing and installing necessary equipment (IT equipment, communication equipment, and related equipment, including licenses), migrating data to new systems and infrastructures, as well as training technical staff at the local level.
The aim of the contract is to provide implementation and operation services for digital infrastructure for the digitalization of clinical and non-clinical processes and relationships with third parties.
A service package is requested, which includes (1) software component: licensing services for access to the IT solution for digitalizing non-clinical processes and relationships with third parties - a commercially available product to the provider at the time of offer submission, configured/parameterized to the needs of the Municipal Hospital 'Dimitrie Castroian' Huși and concerning the (2) clinical and (3) non-clinical processes, as well as (4) professional training and ancillary services (cloud hosting, administration, maintenance, and technical support).
The deadline for requesting clarifications before the deadline for submission of offers/applications is 20 days. The Contracting Authority will respond only once to the clarification requests on the 10th day before the offer submission deadline.
