The purpose of this procedure is the acquisition of a complex set of elements related to software solutions, along with hardware elements and an IoT (Internet of Things) system that will allow data transmission through a LoRaWAN connection to the central location, all elements will be hereinafter referred to as SDC (Digitalization Solution of the Commune). The Contracting Authority will respond clearly and concretely to all requests for clarification in accordance with the obligation provided in art.160 para(2) of Law 98/2016 amended by OUG 107/2017, which were requested at least 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers. To the extent that the requests for clarification or additional information were addressed within the previously specified timeframe, the responses from the contracting authority will be published in SEAP on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers.

The main objective of the digitalization project is to implement a complex set of elements related to software solutions, along with hardware elements and an IoT (Internet of Things) system that will allow data transmission through a LoRaWAN connection to the central location, all elements will be hereinafter referred to as SDC (Digitalization Solution of the Commune). Innovative modules, applications, and IT systems will be implemented that will support the digital maturity growth of the UAT, modernize the IT&C infrastructure by implementing new technologies, through a scalable, interconnected, and interoperable approach that meets the interaction needs between UAT citizens and the City Hall, so that the activities, decisions, and development policies are more coherent, optimal, and cost-effective in terms of execution times and monitoring for the benefit of citizens. The description of the products being procured in this open auction will be made according to the mentions in the specifications, the Technical Project, and the attached documentation.
