1. The subject of the order is:
1) the purchase and delivery of research infrastructure in the form of 1 piece of FT-IR/FT-Raman scientific research spectrometer together with an attachment for protein testing for the needs of the project. A detailed description of the device parameters is included in the "Technical Specification" attachment no. 2 to the SWZ,
2) loading, transport, unloading, carrying in and setting up the equipment at the location indicated by the Ordering Party at its headquarters,
3) commissioning and installation of the equipment,
4) conducting free training for the users of the equipment regarding the proper operation of the equipment and its software, operation and maintenance for 1 day (8 clock hours) at the Ordering Party's headquarters,
5) providing service services, technical support throughout the warranty period and performing a warranty inspection during the warranty period. The minimum warranty period is specified in the "Technical Specification" - attachment no. 2 to the SWZ.
2. The equipment must be brand new, complete, free from any physical and legal defects and damages, without previous use. It cannot be an exhibit, a post-exhibition item, a test, or a demonstration item. It cannot be a prototype. It cannot be subject to rights of third parties.
3. The equipment must meet all the standards set for such equipment by applicable law and must have appropriate permits, attestations, or certificates regarding safety and market approval in the EU, if required by applicable law and must have appropriate markings.
4. The equipment should be equipped with all necessary elements (connections, cables, etc.) required for installation, commissioning without the need for the Ordering Party to purchase additional elements and operate efficiently and achieve declared parameters.
5. Detailed conditions for executing the subject of the order are specified in the draft agreement which constitutes attachment no. 10 to the SWZ.
