Engineering services.
The contractor provides engineering services in the field of port and LNG terminal structures. The services include, in particular, technical feasibility studies, technical reports and expert opinions, analyses and evaluations of existing structures, advice on new projects, risk and safety analyses as well as commercial evaluations of existing structures. Details can be found in the service description (Annex III). The framework agreement (Annex II) is concluded over a period of four years. The Client has the right to extend the contract twice for a further year in each case. The remuneration is based on the information in the price sheet (Annex VII). The maximum call-off volume is 300 person-days. There is no entitlement to a minimum call-off by DET.
