Description:
The project involves developing artificial intelligence solutions for cultural heritage management systems, including a scalable data mining and warehouse platform, under the Knowledge Heritage Network initiative, while promoting social and environmental responsibilities.

In compliance with the principles of necessity, suitability, and efficiency established in article 28 of the LCSP, the nature and extent of the needs intended to be covered through the awarding of this contract fall within the scope of the functions and competencies assigned to this Executive Center, accurately determining the appropriateness of the object and content of the contract in the Technical Specifications Document.
The General Directorate of Cultural Heritage of the Ministry of Culture, Tourism, and Sports promotes and coordinates the Knowledge Heritage Network (KHN) project within the initiatives of Technological Specialization Territorial Networks (RETECH) of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation.
The services for the development of artificial intelligence applicable to cultural heritage management systems, including the design of a scalable Data Mining/Warehouse platform, which is the object of this contracting file, are framed within Axis 4 “Artificial Intelligence Applied to the Management of Cultural Heritage Systems” of the aforementioned project.
For the purposes of the provisions of Agreement 82/2020, of November 12, by the Junta of Castilla y León, which approves binding guidelines to promote social responsibility in public spending by the General and Institutional Administration of the Community of Castilla y León, the object of this contract is also linked to the achievement of the following objectives:
Social Objectives: Favor the stability of employment and equality of opportunities by incorporating a special execution condition for this purpose.
Environmental Objectives: Favor the protection of the environment by incorporating a special execution condition for this purpose.
