1. The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works involving the reconstruction of the tramway traction section on 1 Maja Street in Elbląg, from Pl. Słowiański to Pl. Konstytucji 2. The scope of work covered by the contract includes, among others: - reconstruction of 1 Maja Street on the section from Krótka Street to Pl. Konstytucji, - reconstruction of the tram tracks on the section from Krótka Street to Pl. Konstytucji along with the construction of a barrier, - reconstruction of the intersections of 1 Maja Street with Szpitalna Street and Godlewskiego Street, - reconstruction of pedestrian crossings, - construction of parking bays, - reconstruction of drainage elements of the road and track system, - reconstruction of gas networks, - securing water supply networks, - Reconstruction and securing of energy networks, - reconstruction of the switching control and heating installation, - reconstruction of stop platforms with correction of the platform edge location and linear drainage, equipping them with bus shelters and photovoltaic panels, - restoration of road surface along with sidewalks and bicycle paths, - necessary reconstruction of technical infrastructure due to collision with road and track infrastructure, - execution of horizontal and vertical markings in accordance with the target traffic organization project, - establishment of roadside greenery. 3. The investment is being implemented with the support of funds acquired under the project European Funds for Eastern Poland 2021-2027 Activity FEPW.03.01 Sustainable urban mobility, funding application number FEPW.03.01-IP.01-0002/25 “Reconstruction and modernization of existing sections of tram traction and the purchase of tram rolling stock”, contract number FEPW.03.01-IP.01-0002/25-00 dated 18.06.2025.
