In this procedure, participants do not submit offers for Separate Item No. 3 "Microprocessor Boards", Separate Item No. 4 "Drones", and Separate Item No. 5 "Robots and Constructors". These will be awarded independently in accordance with the valid procedure for their individual estimated value.
