This consultation concerns ecological engineering and environmental studies in the field of engineering structures. The services will be the subject of a framework agreement with purchase orders entered into pursuant to Articles L2125-1, R.2162-1 to R.2162-6, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code, with a minimum amount of €20,000.00 excluding tax and a maximum amount of €200,000.00 excluding tax for the initial period. The amounts will be the same for each renewal period. The framework agreement shall be awarded to a single economic operator.
