1. The subject of the order is the delivery of laboratory equipment, as specified in the Technical Information Sheet, Appendix No. 1/1-1/10 to SWZ. 2. The subject of the order must comply with all applicable standards and have the required permits and certifications for marketing and use, if such are necessary. 3. The descriptions contained in Appendices No. 1/1-1/10 to the SWZ include minimum requirements regarding the products covered by the subject of the order, meaning that the contractor may offer items with better technical or user parameters. 5. To confirm that the offered products meet the client's requirements, documents specific to each task should be attached to the offer in Appendix No. 1/1 – 1/10 to the SWZ. 6. In every case where the client refers to standards in the SWZ, European technical assessments, approvals, certifications, technical specifications, and systems of technical references, equivalent solutions to those described are acceptable. 7. The client allows for the submission of equivalent offers in accordance with Article 99(5) of the Public Procurement Law, however, the requirements and technical parameters specified by the client regarding the subject of the order are minimum conditions that the client will expect to be met. A contractor who refers to equivalent solutions is obliged to prove that the solution they offer meets the requirements set by the client. In such a case, the contractor shall attach to the offer a list of equivalent solutions along with its description or standards. 6. The client allows the submission of partial offers, provided that only one offer can be made for each of the following tasks. The subject of the order has been divided into 10 parts: Task 1 – Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometer ICP-MS with additional equipment, installation, commissioning, and training of client’s personnel - 1 pcs. Task 2 – Chromatograph coupled with a single quadrupole mass spectrometer with additional equipment, installation, commissioning, and training of client’s personnel - 1 pcs. Task 3 - Liquid chromatograph integrated with a dual-wavelength UV/VIS detector and a fluorescence detector - 1 pcs. Task 4 - Device for performing qualitative and quantitative PCR reactions in real time with a starter kit (96-well block; laptop with software; system user manual; starter reagent kit: control kit, SYBR Green, strips/plates, film applicator) - 1 pcs. Task 5 - Liquid chromatograph integrated with a dual-wavelength UV/VIS detector, fluorescent detector, photodiode - 1 pcs. Task 6 - Low-temperature freezer (cryogenic freezer) with additional equipment (metal drawer frames, cryogenic boxes, and an emergency temperature maintenance system with a CO2 bottle) - 1 pcs. Task 7 - MALDI TOF mass spectrometer with a clinical (IVD) and scientific (RUO) database - 1 pcs. In the event that the client is not awarded public funds to finance the contract, the procedure will be canceled based on Article 257 of the Act of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law (i.e., Dz.U.2024.1320 as amended).
