The goal of this procurement is the long-term provision of an AI solution for the employees of gematik.

Provision and operation of an AI platform.
The required AI platform is to be provided as a Software-as-a-Service solution for a duration of 24 months with a one-time extension option for an additional year. At the start of the service, 350 user licenses are needed, with the number of user licenses to be expanded to a maximum of 600 users by the end of the contract term. Additionally, the contractor must provide a monthly quota for API usage by the client.
