The target of the procurement is a working time planning and monitoring system that utilises artificial intelligence. The system to be procured will be used to plan and monitor the Client's working hours in accordance with the valid collective agreement (the company has its own company-specific TES, which the system must be able to interpret in AI-assisted shift planning) and other regulations and local agreements. In addition, the system handles the transfer of working hours to the payroll management program Mepco, as well as the salary costs and allocations of different work projects for different properties. The system must produce information on where each employee has registered themselves to work.
The goal of the procurement is a technically reliable, modern, feature-tested and supported solution. The procurement has a system/software that enables time entries to be carried out on mobile devices. In addition, the system must enable the sending of various bulletins to employees and the mobile notification of employees' holiday wishes and absences. The system/software is acquired as a SaaS service that does not include components to be installed in the Subscriber's network or servers. The procurement includes specifications, technical implementation, testing, commissioning, software maintenance, documentation and training. The system/software must be ready to connect to third-party systems with interfaces.
More detailed information on the procurement can be found in this invitation to tender and its appendices.
At the moment, the Customer uses the Quinyx working time planning and monitoring system, which integrates with the payroll software Mepco (master system) and from Mepco to Quinyx. Actual working hours, absences and holidays transferred from Quinyx to Mepco
