The subject of this contract is the execution of construction works for the task entitled: "Construction of Bicycle Paths/Paths for Pedestrians and Cyclists in the Ostrowski County – Stage I, under the Regional Program European Funds for Greater Poland 2021-2027, Activity 3.2 Development of Sustainable Urban Mobility under ZIT." 2. The contracting authority divides the contract into eight parts: Part 1 – Reconstruction/expansion of provincial road no. 5285P (bicycle path/path for pedestrians and cyclists) on the section Korytnica – Ligota in the scope of the reconstruction of provincial road 5285P (bicycle path/path for pedestrians and cyclists) on the section 3+363.00 to 4+488.00 for a length of 855.00 m; Part 2 – Reconstruction/expansion of provincial road no. 5305P (bicycle path/path for pedestrians and cyclists) on the section Śliwniki – Skalmierzyce in the scope of reconstructing provincial road no. 5305P (path for pedestrians and cyclists) on the section Śliwniki – Skalmierzyce for a length of approx. 0.6 km; Part 3 – Reconstruction/expansion of provincial road no. 5311P (bicycle path/path for pedestrians and cyclists) on the section Masanów – Wielowieś in the scope of the reconstruction of provincial road 5311P (bicycle path/path for pedestrians and cyclists) on the sections 17+848.00 to 19+123.50 and 19+169.50 to 19+339.00 for a length of 1,445.00 m; Part 4 – Reconstruction/expansion of provincial road no. 5330P (bicycle path/path for pedestrians and cyclists) in the village of Dębnica in the scope of the reconstruction of provincial road 5330P (bicycle path/path for pedestrians and cyclists) in the village of Dębnica over a length of 1,098 m; Part 5 – Reconstruction/expansion of provincial road no. 5335P (bicycle path/path for pedestrians and cyclists) on the section Garki – Granowiec in the scope of the reconstruction of provincial road 5335P (bicycle path/path for pedestrians and cyclists) on the sections 4+310.00 to 5+200.00 and 5+380.00 to 5+845.00 for a length of 1,355.00 m; Part 6 – Reconstruction/expansion of provincial road no. 5335P (bicycle path/path for pedestrians and cyclists) on the section from the border of the municipality of Odolanów to the village of Granowiec in the scope of the reconstruction of provincial road 5335P (bicycle path/path for pedestrians and cyclists) on the section 5+845.00 to 6+750.00 for a length of 905.0 m; Part 7 – Reconstruction/expansion of provincial roads no. 5325P and 5326P (bicycle path/path for pedestrians and cyclists) on the section Nabyszyce – Gliśnica in the scope of the reconstruction of provincial roads 5325P, 5326P (bicycle path/path for pedestrians and cyclists) on the section Nabyszyce – Gliśnica for a length of approx. 2.649 km; Part 8 – Reconstruction of provincial road no. 5292P in the village of Szczury (construction of a path for cyclists/a path for pedestrians and cyclists) in the scope of the reconstruction of the road continuity no. 5288P and 5292P Raszków – Szczury on the section length of about 1,558 m (section from km 5+729.00 to km 7+287.00). 3. The contractor may submit an offer for any number of contract parts. 4. A separate contract for the construction works will be signed for each part. 4. The contracting authority, in accordance with Article 139 of the Pzp Act, will first evaluate and assess the offers and then will qualify the contractor whose offer has been rated the highest, with respect to the absence of exclusion grounds and fulfillment of participation conditions in the procedure. 5. Based on Article 257 of the Pzp Act, the contracting authority informs that it anticipates the possibility of canceling this procurement procedure if the public funds that the contracting authority intended to allocate for financing the contract are not granted to it. 6. 1. 1. The subject of the contract for part 2 is the execution of: Reconstruction/expansion of provincial road no. 5305P (bicycle path/path for pedestrians and cyclists) on the section Śliwniki – Skalmierzyce in the scope of reconstructing provincial road no. 5305P (path for pedestrians and cyclists) on the section Śliwniki – Skalmierzyce for a length of approx. 0.6 km. 2. The scope of works included in the contract for part 2 includes, among others, the following scope: - dismantling of paved surfaces located in the road lane, - installation of curbs, separators, and concrete edges, - construction of a path for pedestrians and cyclists, - construction of sidewalks and traffic-supporting devices (to reach properties), - construction of driveways, - construction of a parking bay, - construction of a bund, - installation of a curb drainage, - reconstruction of open roadside ditches to a closable profile, - installation of drainage inlets with lateral canals, - installation of linear drainage with lateral canals, - removal of drainage pipes installed under the driveways, - installation of traffic safety devices, - installation of vertical and horizontal signage. 3. The scope of works included in the contract for part 3 includes, among others, the following: - preparatory and earthworks, - piping of the road ditch by executing a drainage channel in it, - installation of curbs, separators, and concrete edges, - installation of curb drainage and drainage inlets, - paving works, - installation of vertical and horizontal signage, - finishing works, - post-construction inventory. 3. The scope of works included in the contract for part 7 includes, among others, the following: - preparatory and earthworks, - piping of the road ditch by executing a drainage channel in it, - installation of curbs, separators, and concrete edges, - installation of drainage and inlet drains, - paving works, - installation of vertical and horizontal signage, - finishing works, - post-construction inventory. 3. 1. The subject of the order for part 8 is the execution of: Reconstruction of the county road no. 5292P in the village of Szczury (construction of a road for bicycles/road for pedestrians and cyclists) in the scope of the reconstruction of the road sections no. 5288P and 5292P Raszków - Szczury over a length of approximately 1,558 m (section from km 5+729.00 to km 7+287.00).
2. The scope of works included in the order for part 8 includes, among others, the following: - preparatory and earthworks, - piping the road ditch by constructing a storm drainage channel in it, - setting curbs, barriers, and concrete edges, - executing drains and stormwater inlets, - performing the pavement, - executing vertical and horizontal signage, - finishing works, - post-execution inventory.

A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the technical projects, offer cost estimates, and the Detailed Technical Specifications / Technical Specifications for Execution and Acceptance of Works (as appropriate for the given part of the order), which are attachments to the SWZ.
