The University Hospital Halle is seeking a laser Doppler vibrometer to measure skull bone vibrations for developing a photoacoustic hearing aid in collaboration with Martin Luther University.
The University Hospital Halle (Saale) is conducting the following procurement on behalf of the Medical Faculty of Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg: In the EU-funded project "PhotoHEAR," a photoacoustic hearing aid is to be developed. The acoustic excitation takes place in the skull bone. A laser Doppler vibrometer is required for measuring the skull bone vibrations in the frequency and amplitude range of human hearing. This should measure the vibrations at various points of the scalp.
