Services for the development and implementation of the Integrated Information System and equipment within the project for the digitization of the activities of the Pneumophysiology Hospital in Calarasi in the quantities and conditions provided in the Specifications. According to Art. 160 para. (2) of Law no. 98/2016 regarding public procurement (as amended by the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 107/2017), combined with the provisions of Art. 27 of the Government Decision no. 395/2016, the contracting authority will respond to requests for clarifications (if these have been received within the deadline), on the 15th day before the established deadline for submission of offers in the Participation Notice. The number of days until clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers: 25 days.
