The subject of the measure is the area measurement by laser scanning of a total of 10 buildings and the creation of corresponding CAD plans.

The building inventory documentation is primarily required for operations as well as for commercial management (e.g., for leasing processes, cleaning services, etc.) throughout the life cycle of the buildings. Furthermore, the inventory documentation is also applied for planning and construction. From the results of the surveying/recording, 2D floor plans (layouts) for each floor are to be created.

Building Surveying.
The total volume amounts to approximately 137,000.00 EUR, net for 2025 and approximately 118,000.00 EUR, net for 2026. The total volume for the aforementioned locations amounts to approximately 255,000.00 EUR, net.

The specified gross floor areas and the estimated volume are intended only for orientation purposes and serve as a basis for providers to create an offer. The client is not obliged to accept the specified quantities as minimum purchases.

The contract is scheduled to start on 01.02.2025, at the latest with the commencement of the award.
A maximum of up to a total volume of 331,500.00 EUR net can be called up by 31.12.2028.

The specified volume represents the upper limit across all locations.

In addition to the main order, the client may request the contractor for plan changes in the event of subsequent building alterations. These costs will be calculated based on the offered hourly rate (see pricing list, Document 11 of the award documents). This is possible until 31.12.2028.
