This framework agreement concerns the design and execution of underground works for the public electricity, lighting, civil engineering, communications and charging infrastructure for electric vehicles (EVSE) networks on behalf of the ESDP ENERGY.
Underground works consist mainly of putting public electricity distribution and/or public lighting and/or communications networks underground. These networks can be existing, to be created, or to be moved.
This type of work aims, among other things, to strengthen and secure the electricity network and coordinate load shedding of the networks.
Some work may have specific characteristics (technical requirements, complex coordination, densely populated areas, special criteria, etc.). The company will adapt its resources and organization to the characteristics of this type of site.
This type of work also includes the installation of charging infrastructure for electric vehicles in addition to the existing infrastructure on the territory of the ESDP ENERGY.
In accordance with Article 22 of Decree No. 2017-26 of 12 January 2017 on charging infrastructure for electric vehicles, the holder must be in possession of a qualification for the installation of said charging infrastructure issued by an accredited qualification body. In the event that the contractor does not have this qualification in response to the contract, he will have had to be qualified 3 months at the latest from the notification of the said contract.
It is up to the ESDP ENERGY to determine the type of work to which the order relates. This information is indicated on the order form
