1) the delivery of the New solution according to the requirements specified in the technical specification, which will be provided to the Contracting Authority as software as a service (hereinafter referred to as 'SaaS').

The required functionalities of the New solution are from the following areas:
o ITSM
o ITAM
o SAM
o Discovery – for this area, parts may be implemented in the Contracting Authority's on-premise IT environment.

2) integration of the ITSM solution into the Contracting Authority's infrastructure;
3) provision of service and development services for the New solution.
