The activities for ensuring information, communication, and publicity must comply with the conditions and requirements of Article 34, paragraph 2 “Information, communication, and publicity” of Regulation (EU) 2021/241 of the European Parliament and of the Council of February 12, 2021, for the establishment of a Recovery and Resilience Facility, specifying its origin and ensuring visibility of this funding. Informational stickers for the equipment and furniture purchased under the project - The activity covers the preparation (design, pre-press, and printing) and delivery of branded self-adhesive stickers Format: 8/4. The informational stickers will be made for the purpose of placing on the equipment planned for purchase under this project. The sticker should visualize the origin of the funding by placing the EU emblem and the expression “Funded by the European Union” with “NextGenerationEU”, the contract number for the financing of the investment, the name of the project. - 500 pcs 5. Banner - roll-up banner - (advertising panel made of vinyl or synthetic paper) with dimensions 80/200 cm, with a stand and cover, which presents the project, implementation period, budget, and the origin of the funds with the mention “funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU”. Vinyl fabric 450 g, full-color print with a resolution of 100 pixels/inch, one-sided design. 3 pcs All advertising-informational materials must be branded, where “branding” means displaying the EU Emblem and the expression “Funded by the European Union” with “NextGenerationEU.” The content and design of the materials related to the execution of the service must be agreed in advance with the Contracting Authority, with the Contractor required to prepare a design draft for the respective material and submit it to the Contracting Authority for approval. Production of a promotional video for the Youth Center.
The activities of ensuring information, communication, and publicity must comply with the conditions and requirements of Article 34, paragraph 2 “Information, communication, and publicity” of Regulation (EU) 2021/241 of the European Parliament and of the Council of February 12, 2021, for the establishment of a Recovery and Resilience Facility, specifying its origin and ensuring visibility of this funding. Detailed information regarding the scope of the activities is included in the Technical Specification. The activity includes pre-production, production, and post-production of a video film about the activities of the MCK Kardzhali. After receiving a contracting letter, the selected contractor must create a promotional video for the Youth Center, based on the “storytelling” approach or equivalent, with an average duration of 5 minutes, with English subtitles, to allow its dissemination outside Bulgaria (1 piece). Detailed information regarding the requirements is contained in the Technical Specification. The deadline for the execution of the designated position is from the date of signing the public procurement contract until the final completion of all activities of the project, but no later than 30.06.2025. Participants indicate the optimal deadline for making the promotional video, which must be compliant with the project deadline, namely 30.06.2025. The contracting authority does not impose any other restrictions regarding the deadline. The deadline is stated in working days, whole numbers. Based on Article 42, paragraph 2 of the Copyright and Related Rights Act, copyright for all documents and materials, images, photographs, graphic symbols, and any other elements or components created as a result of or in connection with the execution of the assignment, fully belong to the contracting authority to the same extent as they would belong to the author.
