The subject of the contract is the provision of a complete communication system with low Earth orbit (LEO) and medium Earth orbit (MEO) satellites via optical laser links, which includes: optical telescope tube, rapid response support, special optical devices, mirror protectors, laser transmission and reception systems from satellites, a mast (base) for the installation of the telescope, material and software equipment (computer, storage, cabling, etc.) required for programming data acquisitions, management and archiving of them, as well as for remote management and operation of the entire system. This system will have the capability for upgrades for use in quantum telecommunications.
