This contract concerns project management services relating to the development and integration of software solutions such as a Health Data Warehouse (non-contractual example). The services are detailed in 6 separate lots to cover all development perimeters. The packages are as follows: implementation of containerized infrastructures in HDS environment, integration of value-added application services (AI, natural language engine, etc.), development of Web and Mobile applications, Ux/UI modeling of solutions and concept design and finally Third-Party Application Maintenance of existing solutions in the Okantis application portfolio. The purpose of the contract is therefore to find service providers able to assist Okantis on each of the lots of the contract

• Development, integration and secure management of service cluster architectures and containerized database systems.• Configuration and integration of containerized database tools and engines (Postgresql or Mongodb) as well as plug-ins or add-ons useful in the context of health data • Development and integration of secure services and control of data flows and users • Development and integration of agents offering services containerized data imports and exports in the database for with their APIs -Documentation and transfer of skills

The following services will be divided into Units of work made available to OKANTIS in its projects:1 - Multi-agent and micro-services applications and architectures2 - iA and data sciences3 - Integrations of interface services with data warehouses4 - Development, integration and management of MDM strategies 5 - Information Systems Security6 - Design, integration and exposure of business services APIs7 - Training and transfer of skills to OKANTIS teams on the tools and technologies used;

the Data Controller must demonstrate proven expertise in modern technologies such as Html5, Css3 and Javascript, as well as in certain frameworks such as Vue.Js and Express.The notions of infrastructure such as multi-agent systems, micro-services as well as containerization under docker; Mastery of data processing optimization techniques on the front-end and back-end aspects. In terms of back-end, in-depth knowledge of Mongodb Nosql databases is required, as well as experience with Restful APIs on the Express in Nodejs framework. Familiarity with Typescript and knowledge of SQL would be a plus. As part of the evolution of our technical solutions, the partner may also be asked for additional skills on the Angular framework, the Drupal CMS as well as the mastery of SQL databases such as Mysql

For mobile development, we expect our partner to have expertise in native development for Android and iOS. This includes proficiency in languages such as Kotlin and Java for Android, and Swift and Objective-C for ios. Knowledge of cross-platform development frameworks such as ionic is also expected, in order to allow for greater consistency and simplified maintenance between different platforms. The service provider will have to be a force of proposal for future frameworks to come. We also expect a solid understanding of the specifics of mobile development, such as managing battery life, optimizing data usage, or interacting with the phone's sensors. Finally, we expect our partner to respect the design guidelines of each platform (Material Design for Android, Human Interface Guidelines for ios), and to be able to manage the submission process to the various app stores. Mobile apps also have notions of updating according to Android and ios OS updates. These updates must be managed on all components that are or will be developed

The services of this lot focus on :D Ensuring the corrective maintenance of existing software in the event of malfunction or bugs. Propose evolutions and improvements to meet the changing needs of the company. To guarantee the security, reliability and performance of software. Provide responsive technical support in the event of an emergency. Document the interventions carried out to ensure the traceability of changes
