The subject of the order is: the expansion of the existing ITS System to improve urban mobility and promote pedestrian and bicycle traffic, along with the implementation of a parking space occupancy measurement system and spaces reserved for disabled persons in the paid parking zone, which includes:
1) adapting the priority system for public transport buses to the new SIP protocol,
2) introducing automatic detection of pedestrians and cyclists at intersections, crosswalks, and signalized crossings, along with the introduction of solutions for automatic counting and distinguishing of road traffic participants and average speed measurements,
3) introducing mobile applications to facilitate navigation for cyclists by automatically reporting the need for a green signal,
4) deploying bicycle totems with information for users about traffic and environmental parameters,
5) introducing priorities for emergency vehicles by adapting the algorithms for signalization and equipping emergency vehicles with necessary devices,
6) activating the system for measuring parking space occupancy and spaces dedicated to disabled persons in the paid parking zone,
7) developing design documentation and constructing traffic lights at pedestrian crossings outside the city's signalized intersections (5 crossings: 4 on a dual carriageway, 1 on a single carriageway),
8) developing design documentation and constructing traffic lights at intersections within the city (6 intersections),
9) developing documentation and constructing telecommunication and fiber optic networks aimed at connecting existing and planned equipment of the ITS System to ensure connectivity to server systems.
10) developing documentation, delivering, and activating CCTV cameras for traffic monitoring in terms of pedestrian and bicycle safety,
11) modernizing IT infrastructure,
12) modernizing the Traffic Management Center room along with the supply of computer equipment,
13) conducting functional tests and cybersecurity tests of the System before its production launch,
14) developing as-built documentation (post-implementation) regarding the work performed,
15) providing support and maintenance of the System during the warranty period.

Expansion of the ITS System to Improve Urban Mobility and Promote Pedestrian and Bicycle Traffic, Along with the Implementation of a Parking Space Occupancy Measurement System and Spaces Reserved for Disabled Persons in the Paid Parking Zone as Part of the Project: "Development of Sustainable Urban Transport in Białystok and the Urban Functional Area".
The subject of the order is the expansion of the existing ITS System to improve urban mobility and promote pedestrian and bicycle traffic, along with the implementation of a parking space occupancy measurement system and spaces dedicated to disabled persons in the paid parking zone, which includes: 1) adapting the priority system for public transport buses to the new SIP protocol, 2) introducing automatic detection of pedestrians and cyclists at intersections, crosswalks, and signalized crossings, along with the introduction of solutions for automatic counting and distinguishing of road traffic participants and average speed measurements, 3) introducing mobile applications to facilitate navigation for cyclists by automatically reporting the need for a green signal, 4) deploying bicycle totems with information for users about traffic and environmental parameters, 5) introducing priorities for emergency vehicles by adapting the algorithms for signalization and equipping emergency vehicles with necessary devices, 6) activating the system for measuring parking space occupancy and spaces dedicated to disabled persons in the paid parking zone, 7) developing design documentation and constructing traffic lights at pedestrian crossings outside the signalized intersections within the city (5 crossings: 4 on a dual carriageway, 1 on a single carriageway), 8) developing design documentation and constructing traffic lights at intersections within the city (6 intersections), 9) developing documentation and constructing telecommunication and fiber optic networks aimed at connecting existing and planned equipment of the ITS System to ensure connectivity to server systems. 10) developing documentation, delivering, and activating CCTV cameras for traffic monitoring in terms of pedestrian and bicycle safety, 11) modernizing IT infrastructure, 12) modernizing the Traffic Management Center room along with the supply of computer equipment, 13) conducting functional tests and cybersecurity tests of the System before its production launch, 14) developing as-built documentation (post-implementation) regarding the work performed, 15) providing support and maintenance of the System during the warranty period.
