Basic services of structural engineering

The subject of the tender is the "services of structural engineering" as planning services for object planning in accordance with Annex 14 of the HOAI 2021. Participation in a workshop of up to three hours in Münster as well as a further 4 coordination appointments are to be calculated in the scope of services. Voting appointments usually take place via video communication. At the coordination meetings, topics relating to the supporting structure are discussed in a bundled manner. Internal coordination with the other specialist planners is included in the fee.
The assignment will be carried out in stages. Initially, only service phases 1 to 4 will be commissioned to conclude the contract. The other service phases are to be commissioned optionally (gradually) later.
The details of this optional assignment, in particular the manner in which a possible subcontract, can be found in the provisions of § 3 of the model engineering contract. There is no entitlement to follow-up commissioning. However, the follow-up assignment is intended in the event that the project can continue to be carried out without fundamental changes and within the framework of the calculated costs.
