Services required for the establishment and operation of a station-based public bike-sharing system in the Munich region, including provision, maintenance, repair, and rental of bicycles, as well as transfer and maintenance of bikes for clients.

The subject of the tender is services for the establishment and operation of a uniform public bike-sharing system for the Munich region. This includes the provision, care, maintenance, repair, disposition and rental of bicycles. The bike-sharing system is station-based, whereby the construction and maintenance of the stations is not part of the scope of services owed. In addition, the Contractor must transfer mechanical bicycles and pedelecs to some of the Clients and maintain, repair, maintain, integrate them into the system and, if necessary, replace them for these Clients.
The place of supply is the territories of the local authorities that are or will be contracting authorities.
At the end of the ramp-up, the range of services on which the offer is based will comprise 4293 mechanical bikes and 2443 pedelecs, of which 296 mechanical bikes and 399 pedelecs are to be transferred to customers.
