The objective of this tender is the scaling to the production environment of the Pilot project for all Primary Care and the expansion of services for the implementation of a solution based on Artificial Intelligence (AI hereinafter) technologies for voice transcription and structured report generation in face-to-face medical consultations in Primary Care Centers. The service will consist of the following activities:
1. Implementation of an AI-based system in the designated equipment that allows:
a. Real-time transcription of the conversation between the health professional and the patient during the consultation.
b. Generation of a structured report from this transcription, including relevant clinical information.
2. Implementation of mechanisms for collecting indicators during the validation process of the implemented solution, as well as assessing the viability of possible improvements identified by primary professionals.
3. Developing the necessary integrations with the medical history system used in Primary Care (APMADRID).
4. Automation of tasks within APMADRID related to managing prescriptions, sick leave, and referrals.
5. Providing the necessary equipment for the project, such as microphones, which must be of sufficient quality to capture the sound of the consultation.
6. Carrying out the scalability of the system in production for all Primary Care Centers.
7. Training for healthcare professionals.
8. Application support.
Therefore, the awarded contractor must follow the guidelines and recommendations for the correct execution of this collaborative PRTR project.
