According to the provisions of Law no. 98/2016, respectively Law no. 99/2016, the deadline for publishing the response/ consolidated responses to the clarification requests addressed by the economic operators before the deadline for submitting offers is 11 days. The deadline for requesting clarifications by economic operators interested in accessing the award procedure is 20 days before the deadline for submitting offers.
