This contract concerns the supply of company vehicles through operational leasing and smart electric charging cables for the IDELUX group. It aims to establish rental contracts for multi-brand electric vehicles offering all services specified in the technical clauses. These rentals, without an option to purchase, are envisaged for a duration ranging from 24 to 84 months and involve the payment of a monthly rent for the entire duration of the contract. Regarding the smart electric charging cables, it is understood that the provision of cables (single-phase and three-phase) will allow the charging of rented vehicles at home without prior installation, connection with a tracking platform for charges and consumption, and the management of reimbursements for electricity consumption to the user, who will follow the lifecycle of the vehicles. The procedure chosen for this contract is that of a competitive procedure with negotiation and European advertising. The bidder who wins this contract will obtain exclusivity for the supply of leasing vehicles and cables for the entire duration of the contract, except for ongoing contracts that will continue with the designated companies.
