OBJECT OF THE PROCUREMENT
The object of the procurement is a service management system that includes service catalog management, service request management, service level management, a self-service portal, incident management, problem management, change management, knowledge management, user management, and functionalities of AI. The information system product or products used in providing the service must be ready-made software. The procurement includes a delivery project and support services for the duration of use. The object of the procurement is described in more detail in the request for proposal and its attachments, especially in attachment 1 "Description of the Procurement".
CONTRACT PERIOD
In the first phase, the Purchasing Unit shall enter into a fixed-term contract for twenty-four (24) months with the Provider. After this, the contract will continue indefinitely. The procurement contract will be made in accordance with attachment 2 Draft Contract of the request for proposal.
SCOPE OF PROCUREMENT
The estimated value of the procurement exceeds the EU threshold value as specified in Section 26 of the Procurement Act.
