The BWI is considering entering into a framework agreement with an economic operator for subscription for the provision, operation, maintenance, and support of a standard ePA (COTS) in accordance with the gematik specifications as a SaaS solution for the introduction of the electronic patient record of the Bundeswehr (ePABw) via the negotiated procedure with competitive bidding as per § 11 para. 1 sentence 1 alternative 2 VSVgV. The contract will have a duration of up to seven years.
