The goal of this joint procurement is to provide organizations involved in the joint procurement a cost-effective and responsible way to acquire ICT equipment, services, and software, as well as industry-specific comprehensive solutions. Our aim is to create a holistic procurement channel that not only saves money on ICT purchases but also provides a concrete and significant opportunity for organizations to enhance and develop their operations.

In the competition, suppliers are sought who commit to providing a wide range of products, services, and software from various vendors through their existing online shopping systems and extensive supplier networks. The procurement is divided into different areas.

ICT Equipment, Services, and Software.
The goal of the procurement is to provide organizations involved in the joint procurement a comprehensive and responsible way to acquire ICT equipment, software, and services. The procurement area 1 includes the following product groups:
1. Workstations (e.g. laptops, desktops, Chromebooks, refurbished devices, care area workstations, monitors and accessories)
2. Mobile devices (tablets, phones and accessories)
3. Printers, multifunction devices, supplies, and printing services
4. Servers, storage systems, networking equipment and supplies
5. Software, licenses, and cloud services (e.g. Microsoft and Google volume agreements, operating systems, office and productivity software, security and antivirus software, virtualization and cloud service software, and general software utilizing artificial intelligence)
6. Lifecycle and consultancy services as well as other services (e.g. device lifecycle services, cloud services, technical experts, system specialists, project managers, IT consulting, training services, impact assessment (DPIA), services related to the design, implementation, and use of sold devices and solutions, as well as consultancy services related to the implementation of Google, MS, AWS, Oracle, and IBM cloud)

The procurement targets of area 1 include financing, which the supplier for area 1 can also offer for financing procurements of other areas.

Presentation Technology and Space Solutions.
The goal of the procurement is to provide organizations involved in the joint procurement a comprehensive and responsible way to acquire presentation technology and space solutions.

The procurement area 2 includes the following sections:
- Presentation technology and space solutions (e.g. information displays, interactive displays, projectors, sound solutions, Teams rooms solutions, room reservation and resource booking system, AV over IP, visitor management system, and related accessories)
- Consulting services related to the above

Health Technologies.
The goal of the procurement is to provide organizations involved in the joint procurement a comprehensive and responsible way to acquire health technologies and related expert services.

The procurement area 3 includes the following sections:
- Self-care and remote monitoring solutions (measuring devices, smart scales, activity tracking, remote diagnostics)
- Solutions for home living and service housing (sensor technology, fall detection, nurse call systems, and activity tracking, medication dispensing machines)
- Special software for healthcare
- VR and AR-based training platform for healthcare professionals
- Hospital technologies (trolley systems, self-service check-in systems, devices meeting hygiene and ergonomics special requirements)
- Support, implementation, and lifecycle services (support model for health and wellness technologies, design and implementation services)
