This award procedure is looking for a contractor who will provide engineering services for the construction project in the scope of structural engineering in accordance with Part 4, Section 1 of the HOAI (basic services for service phases 1 to 6, special services also for LPH 8 in presumably 4 stages). The draft of the engineering contract and the service description are part of the tender documents. The assignment will be carried out in stages. When the contract is awarded, the services of work phases 1 to 3 (to the extent necessary for the construction of the HU Bau in accordance with § 10 para. 1 no. 1 ThürKHG) will first be awarded. The client is entitled to commission the future contractor with the services of LPH 4 to 6 (special services also in LPH 8). There is no legal entitlement to this.
