The German Electron Synchrotron DESY is a research facility located in Hamburg and Zeuthen (Brandenburg). A new Integrated Technology and Start-up Center (ITGZ I) is being constructed on the DESY campus in Hamburg, serving as a place for innovation projects featuring a flexible and multifunctional research and communication center. This project is part of the development area "Science City Hamburg Bahrenfeld." In the course of these plans, the southern part of the DESY campus will also be redesigned and further developed. The construction site is located on the DESY premises between building 11b in the west and the university's storage buildings in the east. To the north, the access road leads from the eastern campus entrance past the site. In the northeastern construction area, there is a group of trees that must be preserved. To the south are internal access roads as well as building 03. The area of the construction site is 6,050 m². Building dimensions: building width approx. 31.50 m, building length approx. 81.50 m, building height approx. 14.1 m or 32.70 m (tower area). No basement. The building is divided into a 3-story base zone with a height of approx. 14.10 m above ground and a 6-story tower section with a height of approx. 32.70 m. The subject of this tender is the supply and installation of laboratory equipment for start-ups from the DESY environment. Maintenance work is also part of the tender.

DESY Hamburg New Construction ITGZ I - Mobile Laboratory Equipment.
The laboratory equipment to be procured includes areas such as - Microbiology / Genetic Engineering, safety level S2 - Chemistry, Organic and Inorganic - Physics with Optical Laser Laboratories Class IV Quantum Technology X-ray Applications - Electrical Workshops - Mechanical Workshops. To be supplied are, among others, 79 work tables 24 workbenches 101 mobile, height-adjustable laboratory tables, including media supply 23 mobile, height-adjustable work tables, including media supply 22 gas cylinder cabinets 25 safety cabinets 6 laboratory refrigerators, suitable for under-counter installation 5 laboratory freezers, suitable for under-counter installation 2 laboratory dishwashers 1 pure water system. In addition, maintenance of the laboratory equipment will be requested according to the tender documents with a separate maintenance contract.
