Construction of new pedestrian walkways for the Agrement and Castanilor site, with modern architecture and included ambient architectural lighting; Construction of stone bleachers for events proposed at the Agrement site; Creation of landscaping features by planting trees, flowers, grass areas, etc.; Installation of new urban furniture serving the newly arranged areas (benches for sitting, drinking fountains, street lamps, etc.); Implementation of a pedestrian circulation system, through paved alleys, steps, and ramps; Construction of parapets and retaining walls to facilitate pedestrian circulation in areas with pronounced topography; Creation of light and water games integrated into the pavement, arranged punctually in space; Establishment of an urban and ambient lighting system, efficient energy-wise (LED lighting) during nighttime; Creation of sports fields and playgrounds, treated mineral, with special shock-absorbing surfaces (tartan). Creation of buildings to serve the proposed new activities: 1 changing room building for the Agrement site, and 2 buildings for restrooms for the Monument 29 area; Construction of pavilion-type structures for relaxation and sitting activities: 1 wooden pergola in the Monument area, 1 gazebo, and 1 trellis at the Castanilor site; Installation of electronic display panels for each site, as well as a video surveillance and Wi-Fi system.

Contracting Authority will respond to all requests for clarification/additional information through a “consolidated response” posted in the “CLARIFICATIONS, NOTIFICATIONS, AND DECISIONS LIST” section of the Participation Announcement on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers.
