The BWI is considering a framework agreement with an economic operator for subscription for the provision, operation, maintenance, and support of a standard electronic patient record (COTS) in accordance with the gematik specifications as a SaaS solution for the introduction of the Bundeswehr electronic patient record (ePABw) through a negotiated procedure with competitive bidding according to § 11 Abs. 1 Satz 1 Alt. 2 VSVgV. The contract will have a duration of up to seven years.
