Consulting Services
The required consulting service includes significant technical and content-related cooperation in / on the above-mentioned topics over the entire line operation and project life cycle (analysis of the status quo, development of technical concepts, piloting, implementation and follow-up). Other required services include the continuous contribution of expert knowledge and the transfer of best practice approaches from the statutory health insurance system. Common instruments and methods of change management are used and IT requirements management is taken into account. If, during the processing of the above-mentioned tasks, suggestions for changes arise with regard to the organization (process and organizational structure) as well as the automation potential, these must also be taken into account.
