1. The subject of the procedure is to define the framework conditions for granting and executing Executive Orders during the term of the Framework Agreement.
2. The Contracting Authority will purchase 12 thousand AI Laboratory Sets (including 8 thousand for primary schools and 4 thousand for secondary schools) under the Executive Agreements, in accordance with the Detailed description of the subject of the order (hereinafter SOPZ), contained in Annex 1 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority anticipates conducting Executive procedures, according to the delivery area, which has been divided into 73 territorial units according to the NUTS 2021 classification (NUTS 3).
