1. The subject of the public procurement is the supply of equipment for the needs of gastroenterology and the Operating Block of the Provincial Combined Hospital in Elbląg for the implementation of the project titled "Modernization and development of oncological care at the Provincial Combined Hospital in Elbląg" under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan as part of Component D "Effectiveness, accessibility, and quality of the health care system", Investment D1.1.1. "Development and modernization of infrastructure of specialized care centers and other medical entities". Project number KPOD.07.02.IP.10-0016/24. 2. A detailed description (requirements regarding quantity and technical/limit parameters, guarantees, delivery and installation conditions, training of personnel) of the devices that are the subject of this order is specified in individual technical specifications, which constitute Packages from No. 1 to No. 11, included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. The presented technical parameters in individual technical specifications are strictly required under pain of rejection of the offer.
