The subject of this contract is the execution of construction works for the task titled: "Construction of Bicycle Paths/Walkways for Pedestrians and Cyclists in the Ostrow County – Stage I, under the Regional Program European Funds for Greater Poland 2021-2027, Action 3.2 Development of Sustainable Urban Mobility within ZIT." 2. The Ordering Party divides the contract into eight parts: Part 1 – Reconstruction/extension of provincial road no. 5285P (bicycle path/pedestrian and cyclist path) on the section Korytnica – Ligota in the scope of reconstruction of provincial road 5285P (bicycle path/pedestrian and cyclist path) on section 3+363.00 to 4+488.00, length 855.00 m; Part 2 – Reconstruction/extension of provincial road no. 5305P (bicycle path/pedestrian and cyclist path) on the section Śliwniki – Skalmierzyce in the scope of reconstruction of provincial road no. 5305P (pedestrian and cyclist path) on the section Śliwniki – Skalmierzyce, length approx. 0.6 km; Part 3 – Reconstruction/extension of provincial road no. 5311P (bicycle path/pedestrian and cyclist path) on the section Masanów – Wielowieś in the scope of reconstruction of provincial road 5311P (bicycle path/pedestrian and cyclist path) on section 17+848.00 to 19+123.50 and 19+169.50 to 19+339.00, length 1,445.00 m; Part 4 – Reconstruction/extension of provincial road no. 5330P (bicycle path/pedestrian and cyclist path) in Dębnica in the scope of reconstruction of provincial road 5330P (bicycle path/pedestrian and cyclist path) in Dębnica on a section of length 1,098 m; Part 5 – Reconstruction/extension of provincial road no. 5335P (bicycle path/pedestrian and cyclist path) on the section Garki – Granowiec in the scope of reconstruction of provincial road 5335P (bicycle path/pedestrian and cyclist path) on section 4+310.00 to 5+200.00 and 5+380.00 to 5+845.00, length 1,355.00 m; Part 6 – Reconstruction/extension of provincial road no. 5335P (bicycle path/pedestrian and cyclist path) on the section from the boundary of gm. Odolanów to Granowiec in the scope of reconstruction of provincial road 5335P (bicycle path/pedestrian and cyclist path) on section 5+845.00 to 6+750.00, length 905.0 m; Part 7 – Reconstruction/extension of provincial roads no. 5325P and 5326P (bicycle path/pedestrian and cyclist path) on the section Nabyszyce – Gliśnica in the scope of reconstruction of provincial roads 5325P, 5326P (bicycle path/pedestrian and cyclist path) on the section Nabyszyce – Gliśnica, length approx. 2.649 km; Part 8 – Reconstruction of provincial road no. 5292P in the village of Szczury (construction of a bicycle path/pedestrian and cyclist path) in the scope of reconstruction of road sections no. 5288P and 5292P Raszków – Szczury on a section approximately 1,558 m long (section from km 5+729.00 to km 7+287.00). 3. The Contractor may submit an offer for any number of parts of the contract. 4. A separate contract for the execution of construction works will be signed for each part. 5. The Ordering Party, in accordance with Article 139 of the Public Procurement Law, will first carry out the examination and evaluation of offers, and then undertake the qualification of the contractor whose offer was rated the highest, regarding the absence of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure. 6. Based on Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party informs that it anticipates the possibility of canceling this procurement procedure if the public funds that the Ordering Party intended to allocate for funding the contract are not granted to it. 7. 1. The subject of the contract for part 2 is to execute: Reconstruction/extension of provincial road no. 5305P (bicycle path/pedestrian and cyclist path) on the section Śliwniki – Skalmierzyce in the scope of reconstruction of provincial road no. 5305P (pedestrian and cyclist path) on the section Śliwniki – Skalmierzyce, length approx. 0.6 km. 2. The scope of work covered by the contract for part 2 includes, among others, the following scope: - demolition of hardened surfaces located in the roadbelt, - placing curbs, edging stones and concrete edges, - constructing a path for pedestrians and cyclists, - constructing sidewalks and supportive traffic devices (access to properties), - constructing driveways, - constructing a parking bay, - constructing a bund, - constructing a curb gutter, - reconstructing open roadside ditches to a closed profile, - constructing stormwater inlets with connecting pipes, - constructing linear drainage along with connecting pipes, - eliminating pipes laid under driveways, - setting up traffic safety devices, - constructing vertical and horizontal markings. 3. The scope of work covered by the contract for part 3 includes, among others, the following scope: - preparatory and earthworks, - core drainage of the road ditch by constructing a drainage channel, - placing curbs, edging stones and concrete edges, - constructing curb drainage and stormwater inlets, - constructing the surface, - constructing vertical and horizontal markings, - finishing work, - post-execution inventory. 3. The subject of the contract for part 7 is to execute: Reconstruction/extension of provincial roads no. 5325P and 5326P (bicycle path/pedestrian and cyclist path) on the section Nabyszyce – Gliśnica in the scope of reconstruction of provincial roads 5325P, 5326P (bicycle path/pedestrian and cyclist path) on the section Nabyszyce – Gliśnica, length approx. 2.649 km. 2. The scope of work covered by the contract for part 7 includes, among others, the following scope: - preparatory and earthworks, - core drainage of the road ditch by constructing a drainage channel, - placing curbs, edging stones and concrete edges, - constructing drainage and stormwater inlets, - constructing the surface, - constructing vertical and horizontal markings, - finishing work, - post-execution inventory. 3. Part 8 - Reconstruction of road no. 5292P Raszków-Szczury.
1. The subject of the contract for Part 8 is the execution of: Reconstruction of provincial road no. 5292P in the town of Szczury (construction of a path for cyclists/a path for pedestrians and cyclists) involving the reconstruction of road sections no. 5288P and 5292P Raszków – Szczury over a distance of approximately 1,558 m (section from km 5+729.00 to km 7+287.00).
2. The scope of work covered by the contract for Part 8 includes, among others, the following: - preparatory and earthworks, - culverting of the roadway ditch by constructing a stormwater channel in it, - setting curbs, edge stones, and concrete borders, - creating drainage and stormwater inlets, - performing the pavement, - creating vertical and horizontal signage, - finishing works, - post-execution inventory.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the technical designs, cost estimates, and in the Detailed Technical Specifications / Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Works (according to the respective part of the contract), which are annexes to the SWZ.
