Intelligent applications and actions within the framework of the Digital Transformation of the Municipality of Alexandroupolis.
The subject of the contract is the procurement of the following applications and smart city systems. The contract is not subdivided into sections: • Smart public transport stops • Smart waste bins • Smart lighting systems within municipal buildings • Management system for municipal cemeteries and digitization of files • Digital platform for managing farmers' markets • Electronic payment management system • Smart fire protection system within the municipality's limits and according to their responsibilities. • Integrated infrastructure for protection against cyberattacks and provision of teleworking system • Central unified platform for managing and collecting data on digital transformation actions of local authorities In the subject of the contract, in addition to the procurement, maintenance and support services are included for the Warranty Period which is set for a minimum of two (2) years. Upon completion of Phase D (Training) and the final acceptance of the project, the warranty period will begin, which will last two (2) years. During the Warranty Period, the following services will be provided: • Correction of operational anomalies (bugs) in the software. • Identification of causes of failures/malfunctions and restoration. • Ensuring proper operation of all configurations, interfaces with other systems, etc., with the latest versions. • Delivery of copies of all changes or reissues or modifications of the user manuals. Additionally, the Contractor is obliged to install and operate the offered Software, in a Public Digital Data Center which will be indicated by the Municipality. For this reason, the Contractor will deliver to the Municipality the infrastructure requirements for the correct operation of the application. Each new information system will be accompanied by a data classification study, which is required to be included in the analysis and design studies of the project. Until the Municipality indicates the Digital Data Center where the application will ultimately be installed and hosted, the contractor commits to host the application, in an installation under its responsibility or in a special data hosting center without additional cost to the Municipality. The maximum hosting period provided by the contractor will be five (5) years from the date of delivery of the application. During this period, the contractor is obliged to migrate the application to the Digital Data Center that will be indicated to it. The estimated value of the contract amounts to € 1,063,917.44 excluding VAT 24% (estimated value including VAT: € 1,319,257.63, VAT 24% € 255,340.19) The duration of the contract is set for 18 months from the signing. The contract will be awarded based on the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer, based on the best quality-price ratio.
