Framework Agreement | Software for tumor documentation.
In the present award procedure, the central awarding authority, AGAPLESION Management- und Beratungsgesellschaft mbH, is to provide a software for tumor documentation for the following listed clients by way of a framework agreement:

AGAPLESION FRANKFURTER DIAKONIE KLINIKEN gGmbH (AGAPLESION BETHANIEN KRANKENHAUS FRANKFURT and AGAPLESION MARKUS KRANKENHAUS FRANKFURT) and AGAPLESION EV. KLINIKUM SCHAUMBURG gGmbH.

Each of the above-mentioned clients calls up the services listed below for itself to the extent described in each case. The corresponding framework agreement is concluded with a contractor.
However, there is no obligation for the respective client to make (even partial) call-offs.

Prerequisites/Inventory

Oncological patients are treated in the client's clinics by multi-professional teams consisting of various specialists.
Therapies are coordinated together in regular tumor conferences. Currently, the meetings take place physically, which is associated with regular travel times between the locations and for external parties.

Currently, the tumor documentation system GTDS is used at the two locations (i) Agaplesion Markus Hospital Frankfurt and (ii) Agaplesion Bethanien Hospital Frankfurt, each with 2 separate servers.

Other components of the infrastructure are the hospital information system (HIS) from Dedalus, radiology system (PACS), the Zenzy software for the creation of chemotherapy plans and transmission to pharmacies, and the evaluation tool of the key figure sheets (Oncobox).

For secure, digital and interdisciplinary availability of all required data, a suitable digital platform is sought.
