The total of 1,096 beds and places of Klinikum Bayreuth GmbH are divided into 2 locations, the Klinikum Bayreuth and the Hohe Warte Clinic. Klinikum Bayreuth GmbH is an academic teaching hospital of the University Hospital Erlangen and treats around 110,000 patients annually, of which about 39,000 are inpatients and almost 71,000 are outpatients. With around 3500 employees and 340 apprenticeships, Klinikum Bayreuth GmbH is one of the largest employers and training companies in the region.
A software system for personnel management (cloud solution) for up to 3700 employees is to be procured. The system is to be implemented in cooperation with the human resources department and the IT department of the hospital, and the employees are to be trained. An EVB IT Cloud contract is to be concluded with service & maintenance as well as software maintenance over 60 months.
The contractor shall provide the personnel management system as "Software as a Service".
