Description:
The project involves the installation and commissioning of technical equipment for educational centers, including comprehensive training, video conferencing systems, WiFi infrastructure, and various digital technology components.

a) The subject of the performance will also be comprehensive training lasting 4 hours provided once at the location of execution. The contracting authority requires that the training includes particularly (note: the content of the training may vary depending on which part of the public contract the contractor is bidding for):
- working with cameras, sound equipment, recording, and online broadcasts.
- managing the video conferencing system – switching shots, managing microphones, and connecting participants.
- administration of the WiFi network – managing SSID, VLAN, access control, QoS.
- diagnosing and solving common problems – troubleshooting, restarting systems, managing user accounts.
- providing manuals in Czech – each training participant will receive detailed user manuals for all installed devices in Czech. The manuals will include:
o detailed descriptions of functions and operation of the systems,
o procedures for basic maintenance and troubleshooting,
o technical documentation and support contacts.
b) The contracting authority requires that selected contractors for individual parts of the public contract ensure complete installation and commissioning of the technological equipment, including SW integration of all 76 educational centers, namely 14 regional educational centers and 62 district centers (IPVS). The contractor will ensure complete assembly and connection of all components in accordance with the methodology of the contracting authority, ensuring full compatibility of all devices and their corresponding functionality for education, training, and reskilling purposes.
Specific installation requirements of the contracting authority are as follows:
- Equipment for interactive education, online broadcasts, and hybrid forms of teaching, allowing connection of educational centers,
- Video conferencing system – including cameras with 360° recording, spatial microphones, and sound equipment,
- WiFi router with 5G support – providing quality connectivity with at least WiFi 6 (AX1800) and 1x GbE WAN/LAN port,
- Wiring – connecting all devices including organization and securing of cables,
- Interactive audiovisual connection between educational centers – online training broadcasts, recording and sharing of educational materials.
c) The subject of performance for the relevant parts according to the minimum requirements of the technical specification will also include the installation of wiring and network infrastructure as required for individual products. The installation of wiring should include in particular:
- supply and installation of wiring for all devices,
- connecting all network elements to the electrical network and data infrastructure,
- organizing and securing cables including installation of cable organizers and ducts,
- testing and checking connections,
- providing documentation of the actual state including at least:
o a list and types of wiring used (type, length, number of pieces, connection specifications).
o a map and diagram of device connections marked with cable routes.
o configuration details for the network infrastructure.
o a handover protocol confirming the correctness of the installation.

e. Second touch monitor – 72 pieces
f. Videoconference (+ desktop camera SOVA) – 5 pieces
g. Jabra AV – 15 pieces
h. Headset AV/lapel microphone – 72 pieces
i. WiFi Router and access point – 5 pieces

a. PC for operation, highest kit including monitor + 1 Broadcast – 6 pieces
b. Laptop with camera for clients CZ keyboard – 72 pieces
