Procurement of Documentation and Billing Software Including Maintenance Services.
The contracting authority intends to procure a new documentation and billing software including the associated maintenance services for the operation of the state hospital in Andernach as well as for the operation of all its locations. The current documentation and billing systems will be replaced by suitable and modern programs in the areas of SGB XI care (inpatient; outpatient; ambulance;) and SGB IX assistance for inclusion (inpatient; outpatient; ambulance;) as well as in the outpatient operation. The software will be an on-premise solution that will be implemented, introduced, and put into operation in the respective clinics. Additionally, the contractor will be responsible for customizing the software according to the requirements of each clinic or client. For further details, please refer to the tender documents.
