The contracting authority intends to procure a new hospital information system.
LOT-0000
Hospital Information System.
The Emmendingen District Hospital has applied for funding within the framework of the Hospital Future Act ('KHZG' for short). The Emmendingen District Hospital has decided to tender for a complete hospital information system for the site, which fulfils the KHZG funding criteria 3-6 and which also maps the processes of patient management/billing, the ZNA, and outpatient patient management. The future HIS is to be set up in such a way that, in combination with other subsystems/modules, it is the patient-guiding system. The HIS is to be introduced on the basis of a "best practice" approach as part of a joint project work. Accordingly, the contractor is expected to take an advisory and optimising process approach as part of the software implementation. The software to be delivered must have the possibilities and instruments that, for example, enable the user to control the patient's course of treatment as efficiently as possible, as well as to document and bill the services quickly, reliably and in accordance with KHZG (FTB 3-6).
Providers are therefore asked to submit an offer for a complete KHZG-compliant HIS, including all necessary services for implementation and maintenance/service, which meets the mandatory criteria of KHZG funding criteria 2 - 6. The new HIS is intended to significantly support the digitization and efficiency of hospital processes and thus optimize patient care.
Not included are the requirements within the framework of the KHZG funding element 2, which has already been put out to tender. Suitable solutions for speech recognition should also not be offered independently, but can only be integrated into the software solution to be procured in accordance with the specifications in the catalogue of requirements.
The details can be found in Annex 1 to these tender documents.
