The number of days until which requests for clarification can be submitted before the deadline for submitting offers is: until the 18th day before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification or additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers. If these deadlines are non-working days, the authority will respond on the last working day before the respective deadline. Any request for clarification must be sent in SEAP (http://e-licitatie.ro/pub).
