Procurement of Documentation and Billing Software Including Maintenance Services. The contracting authority intends to procure a new documentation and billing software along with the associated maintenance services for the operation of the State Hospital in Andernach as well as for all of its locations. The previous documentation and billing systems will be replaced by suitable and modern programs in the areas of care under SGB XI (vs; ts; amb.;) and integration assistance under SGB IX (vs; ts; amb.;) as well as in outpatient operations. The software is an on-premise solution that will be implemented, introduced, and put into operation at the respective clinics. Additionally, the contractor will carry out the customization of the software according to the requirements of each clinic or client. For further details, please refer to the tender documents.
