The wellbeing services county of North Karelia and the wellbeing services county of South Savo Eloisa invite interested candidates to submit an application to participate in the competitive dialogue procedure for the procurement in accordance with this request for participation and its annexes.
The objective of the procurement is to acquire a unified software service covering the customer and patient information system entity on the market from one supplier with overall responsibility.
In procurement, we are looking for one (1) supplier with principal responsibility, who will be responsible for the overall solution and related services, taking into account the different intentions of the customers. The wellbeing services county of South Savo Eloisa is only acquiring a customer information system (ATJ). The procurement is described in more detail in the appendices.
The tendering process is carried out using the competitive dialogue procedure laid down in Chapter 5, Section 36 of the Act on Public Procurement (1397/2016, Act on Public Contracts).
