The subject of the contract is: expansion of the existing ITS System to improve urban mobility and promote pedestrian and bicycle traffic, including the implementation of a parking space occupancy measurement system and spaces dedicated to persons with disabilities in the paid parking zone, which includes:
1) adapting the prioritization system for public transport buses to the new SIP protocol,
2) introducing automatic detection of pedestrians and cyclists at intersections, crossings, and traffic light crossings along with introducing solutions for automatic counting and distinguishing traffic participants and measuring average speed,
3) introducing mobile applications to facilitate movement around the city for cyclists by automatically requesting a green signal,
4) using bicycle totems with information for users about traffic and environmental parameters,
5) introducing priorities for emergency vehicles by adapting signal algorithms and equipping emergency vehicles with necessary devices,
6) launching a system for measuring occupancy of parking spaces and spaces dedicated to persons with disabilities in the paid parking area,
7) development of design documentation and construction of traffic lights at pedestrian crossings outside the lights in the city area (5 crossings: 4 on a dual carriageway, 1 on a single carriageway),
8) development of design documentation and construction of traffic lights at intersections in the city area (6 intersections),
9) development of documentation and construction of telecommunications duct and fiber optic network aimed at connecting existing and planned ITS System devices to ensure connectivity to server systems.
10) development of documentation, supply, and launch of CCTV cameras to monitor traffic for pedestrian and cyclist safety,
11) modernization of IT infrastructure,
12) supply of computer equipment to the Traffic Management Center and equipping it with a display and tablet,
13) conducting functional tests and cybersecurity tests of the System before its production launch,
14) development of as-built documentation (post-implementation) regarding the work performed,
15) providing 5 years of IT support for the System.
