The TU Braunschweig intends to build a new building for the chemistry institutes, which are currently spread over several buildings, with an approved usable area of approx. 4,700m². The new building of the chemistry teaching building is to be built on the construction site between Pockelsstrasse, Rebenring, Bültenweg and Konstantin-Uhdestrasse in Braunschweig. The areas of the new building consist of about half laboratory and teaching/office space.The construction site is already occupied by a laboratory building on the side of the site bordering the Rebenring. On the western side is the House of Science.
