The Deutsches Elektronen Synchrotron DESY is a research institution with locations in Hamburg and Zeuthen (Brandenburg). On the DESY - Campus site in Hamburg, the new building of an Integrated Technology and Start-up Centre (ITGZ I) is being built as a place for innovation projects with a flexible and multifunctional research and communication centre. To the south are internal access roads and building 03. The size of the developed building site is 6,050 m2. Building dimensions: building width approx. 31.50 m, building length approx. 81.50 m, building height approx. 14.1 m or 32.70 m (tower area), no basement. The building is divided into a 3-storey base zone with a height of approx. 14.10 m above sea level and a 6-storey tower area, with a height of approx. 32.70 m. For ITGZ I, laboratory equipment for start-ups from the DESY environment is to be supplied. The planned applications include the areas - microbiology / genetic engineering, safety level S2; - Chemistry, organic and inorganic; - Physics with optics, laser laboratories class IV, quantum technology and X-ray applications; - Electrical workshops; - Mechanical workshops. Among other things, 21 fume hoods with substructures, 1 HF fume hood with scrubber and neutralization system, 4 hazardous materials workstations, 50 pool tables, 22 fixed laboratory bench modules, 33 supply modules for flexible equipment are to be delivered. The contract "Laboratory Equipment Basic Equipment" includes construction work. In addition, maintenance is queried according to tender documents with separate maintenance contracts.
