b. Soil improvement for planting and sowing grass;
c. Filling and leveling areas for planting and grass;
d. Installation of plantings, lawns, verges, and herbaceous vegetation;
e. Restoring (of damage to) lawns;
f. Disposal of (small) quantities of soil;
g. Watering of plantings (only parcel 2);
h. Performing minor maintenance on drainage;
i. Supplying (small quantities of) sand, soil, grass seed, and various small materials;
